 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping rates & delivery estimates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over $50 Shipping is Free!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please allow from 10 – 30 days for shipping.<\/strong> All efforts will be made to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery delays can occur but are rare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 C<\/strong>ustoms, Duties and Taxes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fashionz Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fashionz Shop will work with the shipper who delivered damaged goods to ensure that you are given a replacement item or refunded. Please document all for us so that we can handle this with the shipping service supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
