Mark Gruner, CPA
Founder and Principal
Mark is an experienced Chief Financial Officer who works with executives, finance leaders, and boards to strengthen forecasting, cash management, reporting, governance, financial systems, and multi-entity oversight.
His experience includes finance-function transformation, ERP modernization, investment and liquidity management, internal controls, board reporting, and complex organizational environments.
Mark’s focus is straightforward: create the financial clarity, discipline, and structure leadership needs to make confident and sustainable decisions.
Joshua Brugger
Co-Founder
Joshua brings experience in organizational management, performance alignment, leadership development, and executive coaching.
He works with executives and teams to clarify strategic priorities, strengthen execution systems, improve accountability, and navigate organizational complexity and change.
Joshua also provides coaching and mentoring that helps leaders develop greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in demanding environments.
