Consultant and Public Speaker Joshua Brugger

Joshua Brugger was the first of two born to Richard Karl Brugger,  Jesuit Priest at the time and Lela Gruner, a Canadian.  Mr. Brugger holds both American and Canadian citizenship and considers himself  2/3rdNorth American. He loves Mexican Food so maybe he is fully North American.

He has built and developed many groups throughout his life co-creating many successful teams throughout his career.  He has also coached individuals through challenging times as when he was a counselor for at-risk youth.  People are people and weather they are a 16 year old girl or a 55 year old CEO people act oddly familiar.  If you find out what the person is wanting then you realize that they are not acting strange.

Mr. Brugger attended Leadership Institute of Seattle in the Masters program for Consulting and Coaching in Organizations.  He comes with a person centered approach in change management.  As Carl Rogers stated if one has congruency, Positive Regard for the other and Empathy than one can serve the other through the change process with success.

Mr. Brugger has created products and services to serve others with there change.  He has invented and coined the term Intrapersonal Energy.  Change takes energy it takes Intrapersonal Energy.  I.E. is the energy we have within us and when harnessed and used the right way can serve us to our desired end results.  Intrapersonal Energy is introjecting and aligning our three selves. Mind, Body and Soul.  Mr. Brugger has identified Soul as the interconnection between a Creative Vision and Integrity. Creative Vision is being able to see future self and future happenings and integrity is doing it for “Good” When we align our three selves our Mind our Body and our Soul we can harness our Intrapersonal Energy for great results.  Mr. Brugger has created exercises for each self that serves us to getting the result we want and need.

Mr. Brugger sees that there are three areas where people make goals. Physical Goal, Personal Goal and Professional Goal.  These three areas are where we see our current self and where we see we want improvement in these areas.  The healther the Soul the more we see ourselves and can have stronger and healther goals for change.  A person without a goal has an unhealthy soul.

My Why is that I want to have more control over my health, day to day experiences and lifestyle and I think you do as well.  I live each day to increase control in those three areas. I also look forward in serving you if that is what you want.
